Jeremy Monaghan began his multifamily maintenance career in 2004. Since then, he has been fortunate enough to experience a wide variety of trade related skills. Jeremy possesses advanced skills in: Property Maintenance Management, Building Operations, Electrical Repairs, plumbing repairs, appliance repairs, team development, managing vendor and contractor relations, and effective communication. Jeremy holds the following certifications: CAMT designation, NAAEI Faculty and 07B specialty electrician. Jeremy began his career as a Maintenance Technician. Shortly thereafter, he was provided an opportunity to move into the role of Maintenance Manager. Jeremy has managed several different multifamily buildings over the years, while gaining notable recognition along the way. In September of 2015, Jeremy moved into a regional maintenance manager role. Jeremy has held portfolios of up to 48 assets and has experience in property inspections, due diligence, disposition, on-site maintenance support, training, mentoring, national program implementation, scheduled maintenance programs, Capital expenditures and project management.
