In tandem with her support team, she drives business success by identifying innovation solutions to evolving business needs and trends, connecting cross-functional departments on project implementation and contributing to the overall company strategy.

She is a member of the Multi-Family Innovation Council (R) and frequent collaborator in the prop-tech space.
